Doddi School Fete, 2012

The Doddi Summer Fete this year provided lots of fun for everyone!  The event was officially opened by our local councillor and then Class 3 performed their Ganges Dance in the playground.

There was a huge variety of different things to do from bouncing on the bouncy castle and whacking the rat to soaking people in the stocks (including Mrs. Evans!).  Visitors browsed the many stalls and came away with fantastic bargains and the Year 6 Dragon sale was a runaway success, raising over £150 for our partner school in Malawi.  Delicious food could be bought from both the BBQ and the Doddi Friends who provided teas and very yummy cakes.  There were also many prizes to be won from teddies and coconuts to helicopter flights and horse rides.  Many, many thanks to all the parents and friends who gave up their time and energy to make this event truly successful.
